CBD Oil FDA Ban

FDA Ban

CBD Oil products such as, cbd infused edibles, cbd infused topicals and smokable cbd-hemp flowers have recently gained lots of popularity and some unwanted attention. In this current era , electronic & social media has significant influence on our daily lives. It would not be incorrect to state that both of these platforms are often used for biased and controlled propagandas. I wanted to clarify a major difference between CBD derived from Industrial Hemp and Marijuana. With that being said let’s delve into this and find out the real difference. While both Industrial Hemp and Marijuana are the two separate species of Cannabis Sativa plant, they are different in many ways. Marijuana has less cannabidiol - CBD and more of the THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) a psychoactive numbing agent that gets the high feeling/ sensations. Industrial hemp on the other hand contains more percentage of the CBD and lesser amount of THC, hence it was legalized to be publicly grown and consumed as stated in the Federal Farm Bill of 2018.

FDA (Food and Drugs Administration has restricted the use of CBD (Cannabidiol) in foods and dietary supplements to prevent the black-sheep of our growing Hemp – CBD industry by making false health and medical claims regarding CBD therapeutic effects. I fully support this effort, however not by putting a ban on everyone. The CBD Oil manufacturing or processing companies that are making those claims should be punished exclusively. I'm not too sure why (wink...wink) but somehow big Pharma has the younger brother (FDA) in their back-pocket regarding spreading falsify information about medicinal therapeutic benefits of CBD derived from Cannabis Sativa Plant (Marijuana & Industrial Hemp). Ideally FDA should regulate the use of CBD strictly derived from industrial hemp that contains less than 0.3% THC and impose it on all of the CBD manufacturer / processors to be in compliance or face the punishment by breaking the rules. AS they say “You Play Dumb Games … You Win Stupid Prizes”

Hence our good old FDA has banned the public use of satanic word CBD for the rest of us except their Big Brother (Big Pharma) and this mafia hasn't stopped at that point, their deep pockets also got the mainstream electronic and social media Giants under their control. I know we all know the truth behind this heinous and petty game and are kind of tired of hearing about it at this point in time. However its critically important to understand their wicked game plan and educate our consumers by exposing FDA and Big Pharma’s propagandas.

Both Big Pharma & FDA can't deny or hide the medicinal and therapeutic effects of treating several chronic illnesses by leveraging CBD derived from Cannabis Sativa plant. I've explained the scientific proven benefits of Cannabinol (CBD) in previous blogs and how it works with our ECS and Serotonin systems. The real mystery was to figure out why Big Pharma and FDA didn't want the consumers to start using the Hemp derived CBD products, up until I stumbled upon the recent article published by FDA. In which they kind of revealed the truth accidentally, that they are afraid of the loss of millions of consumers that are hooked on the prescription drugs.

I have pasted the link of that FDA article and some of the comments below. We can clearly see why FDA is really worried about our health & wellbeing by prohibiting us to make the better choices by not to be consume the Big Pharma Prescription Drugs. I love these two-faced statements made by FDA and calling the non-big Pharma manufactured CBD Dietary Supplements low standard blah blah blah! just because it doesn't have the harmful synthetic chemicals that are sugar coated in the Prescription Drugs ??? I guess Y'all get the big picture here and I rest my case. All for now!

"We take to heart concerns from stakeholders about the challenges in conducting research with cannabis and CBD. The FDA is committed to doing what we can to facilitate and preserve incentives for clinical research. We are also concerned that widespread availability in products like foods or dietary supplements could reduce commercial incentives to study CBD for potential drug uses, which would be a loss for patients."
